For orders of AED 200 and over, delivery by courier within the UAE is free of charge. Your order will be received within 1-3 business days.
For orders of less than AED 200, a delivery fee of AED 20 applies. Your order will be received within 1-3 business days.
NO DELIVERIES ARE MADE ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
In case you need it earlier, you can email us to see if we can accommodate your request before placing your order. We also offer a pickup option if you would like to pick it up from us, this way you get it sooner.

Although we always check our items and make sure that it arrives in perfect condition, anything could happen. If you have any issue or problem with your item(s), please take pictures and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Eligble items can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 7 days.
Customised items are your own unique product made especially for you therefore they cannot be returned.
